HERON System Support
All HERON products are covered by lifetime technical support. As long as you have a product we will help with your technical support queries and problems.
If you have a technical support issue, you should first go to the User Area section of this website. Here you will find information about any known problems, helpful tutorials and useful application notes. This section can also be accessed from the local copy of the web site on the HUNT ENGINEERING CD. However, the live web site will always be more up to date than this, so if you can't find what you need on the CD, try the live Support section.
If you cannot find what you want in the User Area contact your local distributor for help.
Naturally we have a Support Desk here at Hunt Engineering. Our skilled staff provide prompt and efficient service. You can by email, giving as much explanation of the problem as possible and providing an example if appropriate. Alternatively, use the support phone number or send a fax.
Free software upgrades are also available to our customers. To ensure that you are kept informed about upgrades you should join our technical support email list when you install your software. You can also do this from the User Area which has all the latest software information and manuals.
